Thanksgiving
October 13th 2008 18:50
It's Thanksgiving here in Canada. I have dinner with the side of my family that I don't like too much, so I don't have time to write anything at the moment. I might be able to write something later, but we'll see if my mom lets me on the computer at home.
To all other Canadians-Happy Thanksgiving.
And to everyone else-have a good day anyway.
Oh, and a brief update... I am working hard on planning for Nanowrimo. I'm jumping into it right now and I'll be working my butt off until November first. And that means I have a question to ask:
Is anyone else around here doing Nanowrimo?

Nanowrimo=National Novel Writing Month. It is an international challenge to write 50, 000 words in the month of November-so, next month. In essence, it is about creating, about finishing something, about challenging yourself, but also about having fun.
The people on the site are all wonderful people; they can be inspiring, funny, kind, and they can all make good friends when you need one.
The site is nanowrimo.org , and the founder is Chris Baty; there are more details on the site.

As soon as I made the turkey comment, I knew you were going to say that! Make it yams then!

I had the most amazing store bought pumpkin pie in all of existence, if that's any consolation. And a rather large piece, too.
I hope you like it.
