New Years Resolutions: The Writer's Way

AND I HATE MY MOTHER.

*cough* So. It's the start of two thousand and eight and we're all thinking about the upcoming year. I predict drama, bull, and me running away for a good two weeks. But, but but but but, I AM going to make New Year's Resolutions:

1. Get something published

2. Blog consistently and

3.Finish something and SUBMIT MOONSHADOW'S GUARDIAN

As for everything else, I really don't have much to say. Check out my other post, it has slightly more details about what's going on right now.

And... 'Happy new year's'

Gods those words ring hollow right now...

Keep writing, guys, maybe someday you'll make it.

Dianna, why do you hate your mother, she's looked after you since the day you were born, mother's have their faults same as the rest of us, but they deserve much better than they get.

Quite frankly I think those who do not appreciate what their mothers have done for them should be drowned. Open warriors.

When you're about a thousand times closer to your dad because your mom was barely there, when she used him for sex towards the end of them living together (they lived together for a while after they separated), when she lied to you and told you she loved him but she didn't and you know it, that's when you have every right to hate her.

She was depressed for elven years of my life, and when she stepped into parent role, she wasn't any good at it.

THAT is why I hate my mother.

I just want to say that it's great that you set a goal to get published! More writers need to admit that they want to get published and just state it rather than waffling on as some do "yeah..it would be good to get published...if it happens I'll be happy but if it doesn't I can live with that, yadda yadda" which use to be the way i talked...but not anymore. You gotta just say it like you have. Good luck.
