Hi Everyone

Note: I've decided to do one last Dear Diary. This way it will be somewhat more wrapped up and not just end; I'll be tying down a couple loose threads and making it feel more like an ending.
I had a good night last night; went out and partied with friends on the beach. Saw some people screwed up on drugs-they're always funny-and some beautiful water. Got to watch the sun set, this time, on the beach.
It's cloudy and rainy in the city of Toronto, so once again I escaped early-morning brightness, although we did have to walk for an hour or so from our friend's house. I went back to my boyfriend's place for a couple of hours and then came home.
I just wanted to give some really awesome news. Some of the authors who will be doing pep talks for Nanowrimo this year have been guessed on Twitter (they've been putting up hints) and one of them is Tamora Pierce. She wrote some pretty good YA fantasy novels, in which the main character is a girl trying to become a knight who masquerades as a boy.
Their next hint is about a quirky British author... I'd say it was Douglas Adams if he wasn't dead. This author is said to have a book coming out in December this year... the hint itself can be found here: http://twitter.com/nanowrimo
Any guesses, folks? My money's on Pratchett. (I would LOVE to see him do one.)
Well, it's time for me to go to bed; haven't slept yet.
Also-my reader rate has continued to rise over the last week. Thanks for popping by everyone... I hope you keep reading.
