Fallen Angels

Gray
Wings of despair;
Rain
Falls into her hair

Fallen angel
Covered in rags;
Fallen angel
Broken with age.

Fallen angels
Fell for sin;
Fallen angels
Dance again.

In the moonlight
Shadows cry
Fallen angels
Cannot lie.

Fallen angels
Dance the circle
Rained upon
Dance the circle;

Let darkness come
Dance the circle
You are young
She is old
Keep dancing

Fallen Angels
May someday
Rise again

But the Lady
The ancient Fallen Angel
Lies there broken
For every sin
And throughout
Every century to come.
