Losing My Best Friend

To lose you
Is true sadness;
You have kept me
Bound to this Earth
With humour,
Advice,
But most of all-
Care.
And when you return
I will still be here;
Waiting for you,
Your eternal friend.
Reunion;
All the stories we shall tell,
All the fun we will share again-
I will not have forgotten you
I will never forget you.
Just please,
Come back soon;
I'll miss you.
