I've been horribly burnt out the last couple of days and am failing at finding an online version of chapter one, because I want to actually put up a link and throw in some quotes but am too lazy to copy it from the book. Bah. I'm also going to be out of town for a couple of days.

And also, I'm still looking for people who are willing to do a couple of exercises for non-fantasy genres. I need about 5 non genre specific exercises. Please contact me at diannalgunn@gmail.com if you are willing/able to help.

And here's just a little writing exercise for the weekend:

Write two poems: a nightmare Christmas (Inspired by my brand new Nightmare Before Christmas CD) and a dream Christmas. I'll post mine when I get back.
