Fictional Worlds - March 2009

Passion

March 28th 2009 19:17
Due to recent events I am currently staying with my boyfriend who I met a couple of weeks ago. Despite the pain of my memories I feel safe with him; I trust him completely. I fell in love and though I hate the weakness emotions represent I know that this is how I feel.

This poem is dedicated to the man I love.

Passion
Warmth
In your arms
Passion
In your kiss;
Every touch
Is heaven
Loving you
Is eternal bliss.

Spend an eternity
With desire
Holding you
Kissing you
Loving you
Eternity
Is not too long
To spend with you.

Each moment
The passion
Is born anew;
Each morning
I wake up happy
So long as I wake up with you.

Be kind to me
Do not hurt me
That is all I ask;
I love you
And that will never change.

The passion that I feel
Will not die
I am yours
But are you really mine?

Temporary

March 17th 2009 04:43
This blog will be closing temporarily due to things going on in my own life. I will begin blogging again in August after my sixteenth birthday. Thanks for all the love you have provided me with. You will see occasional posts here during that time period but nothing consistent. I'm sorry, miss you, love you all.

Blogging has been a wonderful experience for me and I will continue as soon as I am once again capable of doing so... with quite a few adventures to write about.

Thanks everyone,

~Dianna

Quotes

March 7th 2009 00:32
Little quotes of mine out of an old notebook.
-----------------------------
If I can't hurt myself to feel
How do you propose
I remind myself that I am real?
----------------------------- --
You ask me to stop bleeding
But what you put me through
Is why I most often do
----------------------------- --

And a little poem with a history. This is a poem I wrote during one of my attempts to quit cutting, when the temptation was strongest. It is based off of something written by a much earlier poet, Sappho. Sappho was an ancient Greek poet with nine different books. Her work burned in Alexandria and all that is left are fragments, the most memorable of which has almost haunted me:

Pain drips.

I used this as part of my poem and went from there, creating something in honor of a great poet whose work we have lost.

Pain drips
When you're all alone
And you drag the blade across the skin
You bleed out all your tears&pain
Crimson tears-
Thanks to your best friend,
Your beloved
Razorblade.

Pain drips
It bleeds from the heart
Or in some cases
From the wrists
Goodbye
You'll see everywhere
In my room
How bloody pain drips
Making it my tomb...

Pain... drips.

Dear Diary 20

March 2nd 2009 00:59

Dear Diary,
I must say that to be on the battlefield again is exhilerating. To be able to fight alongside my people feels like a great honour to me. After all they have done for me, it is time that I do something for them; and thus I am here, fighting for them
